The JustFog Company, surprisingly, is Korean, although the main production is still concentrated in China. The company was founded back in 2009 (May 8, if anyone is interested), almost immediately after the invention of electronic cigarettes as such. The company was initially focused on the US and European markets and was not noticed for the production of innovative products. Rather, on the contrary — it is famous for its rare conservatism and continues to consistently produce entry-level products, in common parlance, “egoshki”. But absolutely always, JustFog products have been distinguished by two parameters — high quality and an equally high price.

Packaging and equipment

The Q16 KIT kit is supplied in a cardboard box with a viewing hole through which the battery pack and clearomizer are visible. buy vape accessories The photo below clearly shows the “checkers”, but they are not printed, it is just an alternation of matte and glossy areas on the cardboard. I don’t know why, but it is beautiful.

On the front side, in addition to the name, there are inscriptions about battery protection, evaporator resistance (1.6 Ohm) and the use of 100% organic cotton. The back side is given over to a brief description in English on how to use this “thing”, warnings and an assembly diagram of the main elements.

The sides again contain warning text, the company address and there is even authenticity control! With the price of the device slightly less than $ 20 on Chinese sites and up to $ 60 on European ones, this is not surprising at all.

Inside the box, in soft foam plastic, there will be the device itself, and in the compartments next to it there will be a charging cable and a spare evaporator (the second one is already installed in the clearomizer). And also INSTRUCTIONS! The instructions are striking in their monumentality! 6 (six) different languages ​​and at the same time there is almost no useful information in it, although if this is your first device after the “cancer sticks” this information will definitely not be superfluous.

I will tell you about the replaceable evaporator below, and about the charging cable – right now. Standard USB-microUSB cable, 120 centimeters long, thick, dense, high-quality and branded on the USB connector.

The first thing that strikes you when you get acquainted with the JUSTFOG J-Easy 9 battery pack is its almost imperceptible weight (36.1 grams) and small dimensions. Height 73 mm, width 21.5 mm and thickness 16.3 mm. The body of the device is aluminum and painted (I have silver, and there are also black ones), the top and bottom are completely plastic black (but they do not scratch). On the front side there are three buttons (Fire + and -) and a segmented screen.

Clearomizer Q16

This is almost a classic clearomizer with unserviceable evaporators and a 510 connector (however, it also exists in the eGo format). The height of the device without a drip tip is 40.5 mm, the height with a drip tip is 55.5 mm. The diameter of the evaporator is 16 mm. The tank volume is small – only 1.8 mm, which fits perfectly into the modern requirements of the European Union.

The main material of the clearomizer is brass, in some places chromed, in some places painted black (and there are no others in principle). Glass – pyrex, on which the logos of the manufacturer’s company and warning icons are located. Drip tip 510, plastic, quite long and convenient. The clearomizer can be disassembled into 4 main parts: drip tip, the tank itself, unserviceable evaporator and the base. The design of the base is standard for clearomizers: glass is pinched on both sides and a steam pipe inside. However, under the drip tip in the steam pipe there is protection from splashes – a small thing, but nice.

Impressions from the JUSTFOG Q16 KIT

I haven’t used devices of this format for about two years and suddenly they turn out to be quite vaporizable! Of course, one can only dream of a rich flavor reveal, but on the other hand, they are intended for liquids with a propylene glycol content of 70%, and not HiVG at all. The amount of vapor compared to drippers is generally “nothing”, but standing on the street next to a classic smoker, the owner of this kit will not attract any attention to himself at all.

The device is easy to maintain, pouring liquid or replacing the evaporator is much easier than servicing any dripper, not to mention rewinding the tank with laying cotton.

Even if you have a decent vaping experience and you constantly use more productive and modern “devices” – this device can also be useful to you, for example, to vape in front of the TV, while driving or in those places where a large pile is not desirable. It is only advisable to fill the liquid with a nicotine content of 3 more than you are used to.

And if you are just considering the possibility of giving up cigarettes and switching to steam, then the Q16 KIT may well become your first device, unless of course you are confused by the slightly inflated price.
