In our case there is no question about it: the packaging is decorated with an interesting picture, which clearly, but slightly veiled, hints about the flavor inside. In addition to the picture, there is also the name of the MGO brand, the name of a particular flavor, the strength (2% or 20 mg/ml of salt nicotine) and a big warning “Nicotine is poison” (as it becomes clear, the packaging is adapted for CIS countries). Turning the box in your hands, you can also find other useful information: the composition of the kit (more about it below), manufacturer’s contacts, production date (in my case 18.10.2021) and expiration date, composition (VG/PG ratio is not specified), warnings for use and characteristics (we will also elaborate on them below).

The device itself is painfully typical in shape, there are so many of them on the market. MGO D14 – Coffee with Cream

Ouch, this is really good! If judged strictly on flavor, it smells like a latte. However, after just a few puffs you realize that this is nothing but an invigorating black coffee with brutal bitterness and tartness. But in order to make all these features not to burst out too much – there is a little cream, which is intended to sweeten the composition, as well as to soften the taste of brewed coffee beans. Very worthy!

MGO D14 – Frosty Coke

What is immediately noticeable is the lack of that very frostiness. Yes, the flavor is cool, but not enough to shrink your brain to the size of a grain. Subjectively for me, that’s a good thing. As for the aroma and taste of the main ingredient – cola – it is quite similar to the original drink, has a clear border of sweetness, boasts excellent authenticity. It came out pretty good, in general, similar to the usual carbonated drink.

MGO D14 – Mango-maracuja.

Honestly – something is overdone here. And here’s why. Everyone knows that this pair of tropics, when properly executed, literally captures the receptors with its bright sweetness. In principle, it is so here – the flavor is literally candy-like, but mango and passion fruit are so “close” that there is no transition or boundaries of each fruit. Yes, it is decent and tasty, but somehow mixed.

MGO D14 – Pinacolada

As in the case with cola, there is a pleasant coolness at the very beginning of the flavor, which continues for some time after the end of the puff. The drink is delivered quite well: pleasant sweet coconut, juicy and slightly sour pineapple paired together create the very cocktail mood that you can get from such a mix in real life. Everything in moderation, everything tasty – moving on.

MGO D14 – Frosty Banana

Imagine the flavor of a banana. Imagine that? Now imagine that you put the peeled fruit in the refrigerator for a short while and later take it out to eat. Can you imagine that, too? That’s roughly how this flavor came out, which is painfully simple, but essentially what makes it appealing. Clear, textured, very much like the original in real life. And most importantly, it’s delicious.

MGO D14 – Melon

The flavor hints that we will not meet the natural fruit here. All because there is something extraneous and slightly “chemically” in the smell. And yes, during the sampling this very sensation is present. We all always want a ripe and juicy natural melon, right? Here, in fact, there is everything but “natural” – the flavoring is not so elaborated to boast of authenticity. It seems to come out tasty, but with the caveat of lacking the original.

Frost was not detected. Neither was there even a mention of it in the flavor. Perhaps it’s for the best. But lychee shows itself quite versatile here: during a puff the flavor changes from sweet and glaucous to a little sour and even tart at times. In other words, the fruit has managed to show itself from all its strengths. It may be a rather simple mix, but it’s not bad at all.

Berries. Lots of berries! The mix really manages to surprise with a huge amount of flavor from fruits from forests and front gardens – and it’s great. There are some blueberries, sour currants, something like cranberries, and even a cherry somewhere. In general, a good and quality bouquet of berries, which reveal everything that Mother Nature has endowed them with.

MGO D14 – Strawberry Milkshake

And lastly a flavor that has been a classic for a long time. Strawberry and cream. There are many interpretations of this pairing, but each time it is slightly different. In our case everything is painfully simple: it is really ripe strawberries, moderately sweet, in which the milk component was added from the heart, getting quite a good quality cocktail. If you have ever tried such a thing in real life, and you liked it – here you will not remain indifferent either.

Conclusions

MGO D14 single shots

The verdict can be safely divided into two parts. The first one is about tastes. Here everything is traditional for this kind of devices, because they use liquids with quite an impressive amount of flavorings. Because of this, everything in the mouth literally plays its symphony and gives positive emotions (where the flavor is slightly off – the symphony is just not so loud).

The second part is directly about the complete filter. As it seems to me – it is not so necessary. Yes, it may be familiar to those people who decided to go to the bright side, to give up simple cigarettes and plunge into the world of vapor.
